Privacy Policy for StayPressed
StayPressed is a game developed by Dahab Tech, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how the game works with respect to your privacy. By using StayPressed, you agree to the terms described here.
1. Fair Play & Content Policy
The game maintains a strict no-tolerance policy toward unfair gameplay and offensive content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cheating & Score Manipulation: Any attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate leaderboard scores—whether through third-party tools, modified clients, or unauthorized methods—is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent scores will be removed and may result in loss of leaderboard access.
- Offensive or Inappropriate Usernames: Usernames are provided by your platform account (such as Game Center or Google Play Games). Any usernames containing offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language are subject to moderation. In serious cases, scores associated with such accounts may be removed.
This policy ensures a fair and respectful experience for all players. We reserve the right to take appropriate action if these rules are violated.
2. Data Collection
StayPressed does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information by default. There is no requirement to create an account or log in to play the game.
However, players have the optional ability to sign in using their platform account (such as Game Center or Google Play Games). This enables their leaderboard scores to appear under their platform-provided username instead of a default anonymous name (e.g., Anonymous#1234). Usernames must not contain offensive or objectionable content; accounts displaying such names may be flagged or removed.
3. Analytics
StayPressed uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to help us understand how players use the game and to improve the overall experience.
Firebase Analytics may collect non-personal information, including but not limited to:
- Gameplay activity
- Device type
- Country or general location (not precise)
This data is collected anonymously and does not include any information that can personally identify you. It is used to improve game performance and user experience.
4. Monetization
StayPressed includes monetization features to support development and enhance the player experience. These include:
- Google Mobile Ads: StayPressed displays ads using Google AdMob. These ads may appear between menu transitions, after minimizing and reopening the app, or after a game over. Ads do not interrupt active gameplay.
- In-App Purchases: Players may choose to purchase optional items or features within the game. These purchases are handled securely through the App Store or Google Play. No payment information is processed or stored by StayPressed.

5. Data Deletion & User Control
Players who sign in with a platform account can request the deletion of their leaderboard data at any time. This can be done through the in-game settings menu by selecting the “Delete Profile” option.
Deleting your profile will permanently remove your leaderboard scores and associated display name from our systems. This action is irreversible.
6. Children’s Privacy
StayPressed is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. While the game does not contain objectionable content, it may display third-party ads that are not fully tailored for children.
We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). The game may store progress data (including, but not limited to, coins, upgrades, and wave history) using Unity Cloud Save. This data is associated with a platform-specific account (such as Game Center or Google Play Games), but we do not collect or store any real names, email addresses, or direct personal identifiers.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@dahab-tech.com, and we will take appropriate steps to remove that information.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the game, services, legal requirements, or for other reasons. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the bottom of this page.
