Originally an architect and construction engineer, Mahmoud discovered his passion for technology whilst developing a website for his architecture and construction company.

Always a tinkerer and an experimenter, Mahmoud found his passion in full-stack development and rapid prototyping. Mahmoud pairs this with his well-versed customer facing delivery experience and entrepreneurship of 10 years.

Outside of work, you can find Mahmoud tinkering with new technologies and enjoying time with his family.

Omar's journey in computer engineering began in Cairo, where he worked as a full-stack software engineer at Microsoft. After seven years, he embraced the startup world, joining Eraser Labs, an early-stage company that sparked his entrepreneurial spirit.

Passionate about writing clean, high-quality code, Omar values precision and thoughtful design over rushing to deliver—an approach that perfectly balances Mahmoud's fast-paced, execution-driven mindset.

Beyond coding, Omar enjoys sports and practicing Arabic calligraphy.
